This book focuses on two groups of readers. First, on tertiary
education students generally and those studying Educational
Management in particular and second, the educational practitioners
at all levels of education and the Ministry of Education officials.
This text is the first in the series, containing five chapters. The first
chapter discusses the theories and their applications on education
industry. The second chapter focuses on leadership while the third
chapter examines motivation. The fourth and fifth chapters explore
the fundamentals of communication and supervision/inspection
respectively. Each chapter starts with learning objectives and ends
with questions for discussion.
It is our hope that both the students and educational practitioners
will find this text very useful. Any kind of suggestion for improving
the contents would be appreciated.
