Abstract
This study was carried out to determine the effect of storage on blood for a period of 32days,using the following haematological indices, packed cell volume, white blood cell and platelet count. A total of 25 whole blood were collected from apparently healthy blood donor, and haematological indices were estimated using the following storage duration. day 1, 7, 14, 21 and 32.
