Abstract
Management theory and practice provides the principal ideas and development of management and practice to students so as to improve their knowledge of the management process and their future role as managers. This book reviewed the principal theories in the field of management such as classical and behavioural schools of thought, and modern approaches of management. Also, some selected topics in practice of management like the delegation of authority, leadership, conflict management and managing change in an organization were treated.
