Mr. Adesoji Adebayo is a lawyer and lecturer by profession and holds a LL.B from Ekiti State University in 2012. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School in 2014, and got a B.L. In 2019 he bagged his LL.M from the University of Ilorin. Before he joined Babcock University, School of Law and Security Studies as a full time Lecturer in 2018, he had practiced in law firms of Willaim Adebayo & Co., in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, Adeola Omotunde & Co., in Ilorin, Kwara State and Crown Solicitors in Ibadan, Oyo States respectively. He is currently a PhD candidate at Babcock University. His area of teaching and research are Medical Law, Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Diplomatic and Consular Law and Nigerian Legal Practice. His masters’ dissertation is on promotion of amicable way of resolving dispute in Nigeria using Kwara State Citizens, Mediation and Conciliation Centre as a Case Study. He has published Articles in Learned Journals and Books in Chapters in his research areas. He is currently exploring the empirical research on contemporary socio-legal issues in Medical Law in the area Euthanasia, Physician Assisted Suicide (PAS) and Organ Donation in South West, Nigeria in juxtaposition with other jurisdictions. He is a member of National Associations. I am willing to collaborate with like-minded people in my areas of interests from anywhere in the world.
