About Dr. Valerie Onyia

Biography

Experienced Lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Youth Leadership, Management, Business Intelligence, and Business Management. I am a strong education professional with research interests in Mentoring, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Psychology. I hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Birmingham, UK and a PhD in Business Administration from Babcock University, Nigeria. I teach Principles of Management and Business Entrepreneurship to undergraduate students and Industrial Psychology, International Marketing and Human Resources Management to postgraduate students.
