Oluwaseyi Sodeinde is a communication specialist, researcher and lecturer.
She obtained a PhD in Mass Communication from Babcock University and a Master of Arts degree in Media Practice for Development and Social Change from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom.
She started her career at the Nigerian-German Chamber of Commerce (NGGC) before her research and teaching appointment at Babcock University, Nigeria.
Her research interests include Development Communication, Health Communication, New Media, Media Consumption and Broadcasting.
Oluwaseyi is currently working on manuscripts on media consumption, dependency, effects and exploring critical issues with the use of new media for development communication.
She has exemplified her longstanding interests in enhancing corporate images, media researches and development communication in various roles at the Nigerian-German Chamber of Commerce, Adeleke University, Hope 89.1FM, Radio Lagos 107.5 FM, and Nigerian Television Authority, Channel 12, Abeokuta, Nigeria.
Oluwaseyi is a member of the International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR), Association of Communication Scholars and Professionals of Nigeria (ACSPN) and the African Council for Communication Education (ACCE).
