Creative and Cultural Arts in an integrated area of practical skills which is a novel discipline in Primary Education. The programme deals with the method through which the teacher can fine-tune a child's experience, within and outside the school, formal or informal which can be re-lived through creative endeavours. The programme educates the would be teacher to identify the area of talent of the individual child, their reaction in group activity, which is improved upon through well-thought out and properly designed activities. The creative and cultural arts programme more than most other programmes in education tests and assesses the pupils in all domains to almost equal proportions. This paper attempts to analyse the curriculum content and methodology of the assessment modules thereby starting its relevance to the primary education programme.
