Abstract
The outburst of Information Communication Technology in the world at large has enhanced great development in various sectors such as Health, Education, Banking, Marketing, Entertainment and so on. In many developing countries, Agricultural Sector is not left out in this development. The introduction of ICT into Agriculture equally brought about tangible development in the sector. This paper focuses on the introduction of E-Agriculture to youths in this generation in order to encourage young educated farmers and equally improve the - Agricultural sector of Nigeria. This may also reduce unemployment problem among youths in Nigeria. The aspect of Agriculture the paper touches is that of Agriculture extension - Extension agent. This service is intended to provide an Electronic extension agent that disseminates information to farmers and also assists farmers by monitoring the crops planted right from the planting point up to harvest time, The type, name of crop and the date planted is only to be supplied by the farmer and what to expect daily, weekly and monthly till harvest will be supplied by the Electronic Agent.
