Abstract
This study investigated the utilization of ICTs and Human Resources for sustainability and efficient health care delivery. It made use of stratified random sampling technique in selection of 270 personnel from twenty-two (22) health centers (public and private) in Ogun State. The age range of the respondents was between ages 27 and 58 years with mean age of 38.10 and standard deviation of 11.33. The expost-facto research design was employed. A 30-item self-developed questionnaire of the sense of competence scale designed to elicit data about the use of ICTs and Human Resources for sustainability and efficient health care delivery system was used in generating data for the study. The analyses of the three hypotheses were done at 0.05 margin of error w ith t-test, and analysis of variance statistics with the following findings: A significant influence of ICTs and Human Resources was noticed on the sustainability and efficient health care delivery system in the State. While a significant difference in the adoption and utilization of ICT within the healthcare HR unit was noticed. On the basis of the findings, it was suggested that the management boards of our hospitals should imbibe the technology culture in enhancing the efficiency of their HR unit as well as improving organizational performance.
