Abstract
This study examined the effect of entrepreneurial intention, organizational justice, and job satis-faction on the organizational commitment of Babcock University Staff. Participants were 180 employees (male= 99, female= 81) randomly selected from 4 faculties and the registry unit of the University. Measures of entrepreneurial intention, organizational justice, job satisfaction and or-ganizational commitment were administered on the sample. Three (3) research hypotheses were formulated and tested using t-test, Multiple Regression Analysis and correlation analysis. Find-ings revealed that job satisfaction and organizational justice are the potent predictors of organiza-tional commitment while entrepreneurial intentions will lead to turnover intentions among em-ployees. Also, gender has no moderating effect on the relationship between the criterion and theindependent variables. The implications of the findings are discussed.
