Abstract
Teachers job commitment is becoming is becoming an increasingly important issue in the development of education sector. Therefore, this study investigated influence of participatory management style on teachi=ers commitement in Ijebu division if Igun state. state secondary schools; moderating by gender and work experience. research questions and hypothesis were formulated and tested to guide the study. A descriptive research design was employed in this study. the poplation for the study consisted 3,109 teachers in the 135 public secondary schools in the six local government areas in Ijebu diviion of Ogun state. A sample of six hundred and forty five (645) respondents were selected for this study.
