Abstract
This paper explores the techniques involved in assessing workers in an organization using psychological tests. Thus, to achieve its goal, the paper suggests the importance of employing the right kind of workers in an organization. This is followed by the use of test in personnel assessment. It goes further in exploration of psychological tests and its importance, kinds and its compositions. Besides, it explores the personality tests and its kinds. The paper concludes with a summary.
