Abstract
In spite of the large consumption of Indomie noodle seasoning, especially among children of different developmental stages, knowledge of its possible genotoxicity is scarce. In this study, the evaluation of the genotoxic potential of Indomie noodle seasoning was carried out using the mouse bone marrow micronucleus assay, sperm morphology assay and sperm count. The seasoning was given to the mice via oral galvanization for a period of 10 consecutive days at concentrations of 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 mg seasoning/Kg body weight.
