Abstract

his work aim at developing health management
system capable of storing and retrieving the medical record of
patients as well as diagnose, give health tips to patients and
prescribe medication for five major diseases -Hepatitis, Malaria,
Cholera, Tuberculosis and Typhoid. The system is to provide
assistance to the human health expert in reaching logical
conclusion about diagnosis of certain disease, and to create
reference tool on the symptoms of the disease. This health
management system comprises both management and expert
system capable of diagnosing five major diseases and storing and
retrieving the records of patients.
