This paper examined Adventist Education as predictor of women empowerment in Babcock University, Ogun State. Two hundred respondents randomly selected from all the academic and non academic staff participated in the study. A self-developed questionnaire was used to assess the variables of the study and an expo-facto research design was employed. Data analysis involved the use multiple regression procedure. The results indicated that the predictor variables when combined accounted for 17 percent in women empowerment. Each of the independent variables with exception of physical proxy significantly contributed to the predication of women empowerment with education and financial proxies contribution. Also, the study found no significant difference in the women empowerment based on age affiliation. On the basis of the findings, it was suggested that education is the key factor and a sure proxy for liberation of the mind and the improvement of socio-economic status of people.
