Abstract
The study investigated the combined and relative effects of principals' managerial behaviour, school climate, teachers and students' participatory behaviour in the reduction of bullying behavioural tendencies among secondary school students. The subjects were 1800 randomly selected Secondary School students in the Ogun-East Senatorial District of Ogun State. A 30- item self developed questionnaire with four sub-scales were used to collect data for the study. The multiple regression analysis was used to analyse the data. The result shows that the independent variables as mentioned above contributed significantly to the prevention of bullying behavioural tendencies of students F (4, 1795) =25.006, P<0>
