Abstract
The seeming parochial war motif had not been explicably connected to other philosophical traditions or beliefs as war motifs which needs critical examination especially up to the 20th century. This inexplicable view of war motif to other human historical philosophy of survival need to be examined to fill the gap of war being parochial in concept. Hence, this study explores war definographical motifs between war as a rational instrument of national policy and Pan-Africanism as a philosophy and movement that promotes the globalization and solidarity of Africans. This paper, as well, attempts to analyze if war motif would be a perpetual means to an end, the definographical classifications of War, particularly World War 1 and Pan-Africanism and do a comparative study. This study used a comparative analysis methodology. Findings reveal that there is a relationship between war and other human philosophical ideologies as Pan-Africanism. This research concludes that Pan-Africanism This paper recommends ways, among others, to prevent any form of intentional or assumed derogatory ideas in indigenous or western historical writings.
