Abstract
The administration of justice is an important aspect of any government which could be enhanced by information technology. Lawyers perform multitudes of tasks on a day - to - day basis, which could be overwhelming in a developing democracy like ours. There is a large amount of work needed to be done by Lawyers or Legal Practitioners, this work can be very tedious, time - consuming and overwhelming for even the most experienced and organized lawyers. Therefore, to overcome these problems of a heavy workload, communication, and other routine tasks that do not directly affect the profession, but the lawyers still need to perform them. An online solution was proposed. This work developed an online law, management system for lawyers to ease the task, such as management, communication, and sharing of documents with all their clients. The software methodology approach used is the Spiral process model. The system is unique in the sense that unlike other legal management applications, it provides the clients with a system for finding and interacting with lawyers. The implementation of the fully functional subsystem for clients makes a seamless legal practice solution a possibility.
