This study sought to find out the relative experimental effects of Audio Tapes and Aural Strategies on Teaching English Language in Secondary School Students in Ekiti State. Two hypotheses were tested, data analysis involved descriptive and T-test inferential statistics, and it was revealed that there was a significant relationship between the audio and tapes and academic achievement of the students. It is recommended that technology must be incorporated into language teachings in Nigeria public school’ and that the curriculum plane and experts in oral English to incorporate the use of tape-recorders, handsets and computers for practical.
