Abstract

Summary of Chapter

Since the enactment of the Land Use Act in Nigeria, it seems that nothing much has change or improves the status of the customary land owners. This chapter therefore examines the basic problems with the land Use Act vis - a - vis the Customary land owners especially with the issue of vesting of tiltes of land in a state to the governor of that state as a trustee.
