Bullying which is a form of aggressive behaviour in which someone intentionally or repeatedly cause another person injury or discomfort is on the front burner among the social issues faced by adolescents nowadays especially among secondary school students. This has impacted negatively on the psychosocial development of the adolescents and has also impacted on the academic wellbeing of the students. There has been little or no attention drawn towards this lately and is gradually become the order of the day. This study therefore examined the experience and effect of bullying on secondary school students in Ilisan Remo. A self-developed questionnaire with reliability index of 0.724 was used to elicit information from 332 secondary school students which was the sample size. Data collected were analyzed and findings revealed that secondary school students are being bullied in all its forms and its negatively affecting their wellbeing. The study concluded that various stakeholders in the education of the adolescent should wake up to their responsibilities in curbing the menace of bullying all hands must be on deck to curb this menace among secondary school students
