We all want clear messages about malaria and what to do about it. But the bulk of existing information on the subject is not always readily accessible to non-medical people to use. It is often written and presented in language that is not so easily understood by a vast majority of community people who really need clear messages to make informed choices.

ABC of Malaria prevention and control is designed to provide general information to consumers in a simple ABC...format, on key facts related to malaria prevention and control in the community....

ABC of malaria prevention and control is not a guideline for treating malaria. It provides useful information on how to avoid getting the malaria and where to go when one contracts the disease.
