Ethics is a high moral value inherent in a man to do the right thing at any point in time. However, formation of Christian character which engenders ethical practices in all walks of life including professional circle like computing sciences is today emasculated by sharp practices. These and many other factors highlighted in this work leave no room for sincere service to God and humanity in general. This paper aimed at surveying the impact of ethics study on computing sciences research. This work highlights the related works on impact of study of ethics on computing science research and the extent of ethical issues in percentage among the Computer Science Post-Graduate Students of Babcock University using questionnaire as research tool. The Conclusion was based on the research hypotheses and results of collected datas. The result confirmed that not all Computer Post-Graduate Students have ethical issues because only 40.9% have ethical issues. The result further shows that most of those that have ethical issues were able to resolve the issues while still undergoing the research work due to their knowledge of ethical studies at ethical issue probability of less than 0.5.
