Abstract
Nalidixic acid, combine with synthetic compound trimethroprim and sulfamethoxazole are very effective in treating infections of the urinary tract. Chloramphenicol is a natural compound found in streptomyces, but it can also be easily synthesized. Chloramphenicol is used in treating a wide range of bacterial diseases, for example thyroid and parrot fever. Furazolidizone is used mainly against tricomanades and intestinal bacterial. The analysis of six different antibacterial drugs was obtained with an SB-C18 ZORBAX column (figure 1). Fluorescence spectrophortometry can also be used to detect some of these antibacterial drugs. For example trimethroprim and sulfamethoxazole were analyzed and detected with a fluorescence detector. The fluorescence spectra is shown in Figure 2
